When we talk and remind about topic like this, it can be so boring, easy or hard.
Easy because you already experience things and surface things in the past.
Hard because the moment you realize that you just can’t , or realization of not gonna make it.
Embracing Pain is not something deliberate. Say in order to face something through the pain that comes. For Example: Hurting your hand and giving it medicine and taking care of it after ( its just an ego and proof of something), or you deliberate not to eat (in this context you’re not fasting either), while the food is already in front of you.
Embracing the pain is more into the process, containing prep, decissions, etc. Let say you’re about to face a difficulty in life that is about to come or accidentally came/not made up.
Here is a short story, for example :
You get your right hand amputated because of an accident – accidentally.
1st layer :
- You realise it, you’re not gonna make it, about your hand back to normal as it used to be.
- sad, rejection-denial, relief, accept it.
2nd Layer :
- you get used to it, about your condition
- you get start to think about solution
- you start, learn and get used to the solution after
3rd Layer :
- you live with it
- you get and learn from it
- you earn it
- and be proud of it.
